As Singapore celebrates its 60th birthday, Mr Bean is serving up a delicious tribute to local flavours that’s both comforting and playful.
Whether you’re after something sweet, savoury, or a bit of both, this year’s limited-time line-up is designed to take you straight back to your favourite hawker bites — with a modern twist.
Headlining the festive menu is the Pandan Cheese Pancake, a crowd-favourite that blends the soft fragrance of pandan with the rich pull of cheese. It’s no surprise this one’s wearing the “Best Seller” crown.
For those who like their flavours bold and spicy, the Otah Eggwich packs a fiery punch. Stuffed with chicken or fish otah and a runny egg, it’s a hearty, savoury option perfect for breakfast, lunch or anytime in between.
New to the line-up is the Gula Melaka Sago Pancake — think of it as ondeh ondeh in pancake form, oozing with rich, caramel-like palm sugar and chewy sago bits.
Another new addition is the Rendang Coconut Eggwich, bringing together the warmth of rendang spice and creamy coconut in a uniquely satisfying combo.
And for something truly special, there’s the Orh Nee Mochi Pancake, filled with silky yam paste and stretchy mochi. This one’s a limited-time release running only from 25 to 31 July, so don’t blink or you’ll miss it.
