Newlyweds or homeowners looking for a new home can now apply in HDB’s latest BTO and balance flats exercise this November.
A total of 4,829 BTO flats will be up for grabs in Punggol, Sengkang, Geylang, and Tampines neighbourhoods. Featured projects include the Anchorvale Village which comprises of two 15-storey residential blocks with an integrated commercial hub that offers a variety of dining and shopping options, such as a hawker centre and a Neighbourhood Centre.
A majority of the new BTO flats will also be the first to be built using new pre-fabricated method that will reduce the number of workers required at the construction sites.
3,401 balance flats, a range of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, 5-room, 3Gen, and Executive flats, across Singapore will be available as well. Bukit Batok takes up a big percentage offering a total of 146 flats in the non-mature town.
Interest buyers must submit their application through the HDB e-Sales portal latest by Monday, 20 November 2017.
