When we think or hear of Samsung, we naturally relate it to phones, tablets and electronics. What we don’t know about Samsung is they have also launched a digital art exhibition call Masterpieces:
“Samsung & curator Iola Lenzi have joined hands on the Masterpieces project to explore the marriage of contemporary art and technology. A set of distinguished and cutting edge emerging artists in Singapore were invited to create digital art on tablets. ‘Masterpieces’ is a celebration of this effort.
The Samsung Masterpieces Digital Art Exhibition was launched to a great start on 4th Oct and it will be open till 27th October, at Stamford Gallery in National Museum of Singapore. Do come down and have a closer interaction with the artwork or create your very own artwork with the tablet.” – via blog.masterpiecesart.com
If you are planning to visit this exhibition happening @ National Museum, you might be interested to download the Masterpieces app from Google Play store. Admission is free and the exhibition will run till 27th October 2013.
