If you have been shopping around for a new home or waiting for the next Build-to-Order (BTO) launch, you will be glad to know it has arrived. HDB today announced 6 new BTO projects in 4 towns namely Sembawang, Sengkang, Yishun and Tampines.
This exercise also see the first housing development in Tampines North. Tampines GreenRidges is the estate name and will be located along Tampines Ave 9 with 1,469 units in 3, 4, 5-room and 3Gen options.
Apart from the BTO launches, there will also be sales of balance units of over 3,000 units in the following towns – Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Hougang, Jurong East and West, Punggol, Sembawang, Sengkang, Woodlands, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Bukit Timah, Central, Clementi, Geylang, Kallang/Whampoa, Marine Parade, Pasir Ris, Queenstown, Serangoon, Tampines and Toa Payoh.
