As Singapore turns 60, Old Chang Kee is putting the spotlight on one of the nation’s most beloved dishes — chilli crab — with the return of its fan-favourite Chilli Crab’O and a new call to action for a nation-wide “Chilli Crab Celebration”.

A National Favourite Returns

First launched as a limited-time item, the Chilli Crab’O has been brought back due to overwhelming demand from Singaporeans.

Wrapped in a striking red-and-white pastry to mirror the national flag, this curry puff variant is filled with real crab meat and Old Chang Kee’s proprietary chilli crab sauce.

It’s available islandwide from 14 July to 10 August 2025, at $3 per piece — while stocks last.

A New Combo to Celebrate SG60

To mark this milestone anniversary, Old Chang Kee has launched an SG60 combo bundle featuring two crowd-pleasers: the Chilli Crab’O and the Soft Shell Crab Tempura with Mantous (served in a cup with that same signature sauce).

This limited-time bundle is priced at $6 (U.P. $7.50) and available at all outlets and major food delivery platforms.

Flavours That Travel Home with You

Old Chang Kee is also releasing its “Taste of Home” paste series — making iconic local flavours more accessible for home cooks. The collection includes Curry Paste, Laksa Paste, and a Chilli Crab Paste, each retailing at $5 per packet.

These can be found at selected Old Chang Kee and Curry Times outlets, including AMK Hub, Westgate, Changi Airport T3 & T4, and Velocity.
