Waterway Point set to open on 18th January later this month

Waterway Point is Singapore’s first integrated waterfront residential and retail development situated beside Punggol MRT Station which is scheduled to open two weeks from now on 18 January 2016, six months ahead of the estimated opening date.

Jointly developed by Frasers Centrepoint Limited, Far East Organization and Sekisui House Ltd, the four-level shopping mall covers over 370,000 sqft of space featuring leisure and alfresco dining with breathtaking waterfront views. Waterway Point will serve approximately more than half a million people living and working in the vicinity.

According to the management, Waterway Point has achieved a 90% committed occupancy with key tenants including a 24-hour FairPrice Finest, Kuriya Japanese Market, Miam Miam, Espirit, Charles & Keith, Starbucks, Llaollao, H&M, My First Skool, Best Denki, UNIQLO, Daiso and Pet Safari. The new mall will also feature Singapore’s first basement cinema by Shaw Theatres, featuring 10 cinema halls and an IMAX theatre capable of seating a total of 1,500 moviegoers.
