A new stall has just landed at Ramen Champion in Bugis+ but doesn’t serve traditional Japanese Ramen. Instead, Don Meijin specialises in Tendon or ‘rice bowl’ in Japanese.
Choose from a variety of signature Tendon dishes which comes topped with fried tempura eggplant, fish fillet, pumpkin, asparagus, prawn and more. Another highlight of the new stall is the Spicy Chili Crab Tendon which features homemade chili crab sauce.
As part of the grand opening celebration, Don Meijin will be offering their signature Tendon at $8.80 per bowl this week from 8 to 12 February 2017, usually priced at $13.80.
