Jewel Changi Airport will have a see-through Canopy Bridge, Mirror Maze and a 40m high Rain Vortex

Jewel Changi Airport

The open-air carpark space previously at Terminal 1 will soon transform into a lifestyle and attraction hub called Jewel Changi Airport and will feature unique leisure attractions, dining and retail as well as hotel and airport operations.

Apart from creating a first-class shopping and dining experience, you probably didn’t know Jewel Changi Airport will contain a Canopy Park that comes with iconic play elements such as hanging walking and bouncing nets in the sky, hedge and mirror mazes, 4-slides-in-1 sculptural playscape and more.

The Canopy Park will take up approximately 14,000 square metres (11 Olympic-size swimming pools) of space.

Jewel Changi Airport is expected to open in early 2019.

40-metre High Rain Vortex (Indoor Waterfall)

Along the Canopy Bridge that suspends 23m above ground that features glass panel at the centre of the bridge, visitors will have an excellent vantage point to enjoy the breathtaking 40m high Rain Vortex.

Sky Nets

First such indoor play attraction in the world, the Sky Nets at Canopy Park lets visitors bounce and walk over a void looking down 25 metres to Jewel Changi Airport’s ground level.

Canopy Mazes, Topiary Walk & Discovery Slides

The Canopy Mazes comprises of two type of mazes – the first a hedge maze that leads to an elevated watchtower that offers visitors a bird’s eye view of the maze and the second a mirror maze where visitors will encounter challenges as they attempt to orientate themselves at every turn.
