Popular Japanese ramen bar IPPUDO known for their tasty and rich Hakata-style tonkotsu broth has just launched two new seasonal ramen today – Spicy Niku Soba and Spicy Ebi Tonkotsu.
Perfect for chilli lovers, the new Spicy Niku Soba is served with thinly-sliced spicy pork belly and spicy bean sprouts in IPPUDO’s signature tonkotsu broth mixed with homemade chilli oil.
Spicy Ebi Tonkotsu Ramen, on the other hand, has a rich and creamy broth that is a harmonious combination of IPPUDO’s signature tonkotsu broth and our homemade spicy sauce, complemented with chashu and king prawn.
The Spicy Niku Soba is only available at Westgate, Tanjong Pagar Centre and Marina Bay Sands outlets while the Spicy Ebi Tonkotsu Ramen is only available at Mandarin Gallery, Mohamed Sultan, Shaw Centre & The Star Vista outlets.
