Being one of the first noodle shops to offer Ban Mian (板面) in Singapore since the late 80s, Qiu Lian has become the benchmark whenever Singaporeans come across any eatery that offers Ban Mian noodles.
Besides Ban Mian, Qiu Lian also sells You Mian and Mee Hoon Kuay, and has a created a variety of dishes from different broths and ingredients.

Similar to instant noodles, Qiu Lian’s Ready-to-Cook noodles, however, are made with premium flour and no added preservatives.
For the plain noodle series, they come in Ban Mee, You Mee, Mee Hoon Kuay and Dumpling Skins.
There are also four variations with sauce and soup base to choose from – Ban Mee, You Mee, Special Dark Sauce Dry Ban Mee and Asian Spicy Dry You Mee.
