Xiaomi Mi Max 3 takes the crown for largest display on a phone, even bigger than the new iPhone Xs Max

Look no further if you want the largest display phone in the market. Say hello to Xiaomi’s new Mi Max 3, the latest model in the Max series that focus simply on one thing – the largest display in the market.

It’s no slouch on the inside. The Mi Max 3, with its 6.9-inch display, is powered by a Snapdragon 636 processor, fast enough for even the most demanding tasks and games you can throw it at. It also comes with a lot of juice – a 5,500mAh battery to last that gigantic display throughout the day.

For avid mobile photographers, the Mi Max 3 doesn’t disappoint as well. It features a dual camera setup at the back including a 12-megapixel camera with 1.4µm sensor, f/1.9 aperture with dual-pixel PDAF to deliver fast focus and quality image capture even at night.

But of course, it wouldn’t be fair to compare just by size. The Mi Max 3 has a smaller resolution than iPhone Xs Max and the Note 9 – ~350 pixels per inch (ppi) on the Mi Max 3 versus 458 ppi on the iPhone Xs Max (6.5-inch) and 516 ppi on the Note 9 (6.4-inch).

Despite that, unless you look at your phone extremely close or do heavy photo editing on your phones, you probably won’t be able to tell the difference keeping in mind it is still a 6.9-inch display after all.
