First ever ‘Pikachu Night Parade’ outside Japan to be held in Sentosa this December

Look out for the electric afro Pikachu

Believe it or not, there’s a Pikachu Night Parade coming to Singapore this December!

It will be held in Sentosa, as part of the Island Lights event (previously known as Pop Up Night) returning again this year.

It is also the first time the Pikachu Night Parade will be held outside of Japan. Visitors can get up close with Pikachu dolled up in neon LED lights as they march and dance along a 100m route, past Palawan Pirate Ship and Palawan Kidz City.

Here’s how the parade looks like in Japan.

See the adorable Pikachu in snazzy outfits like never before.

Totally Instagrammable.

Except you can’t get up close for a Pikachu-wefie.

Fans can catch the parade from 14 – 16 and 21 – 23 December 2018. It will begin from 7.30pm onwards at the Palawan Beach.

Mark your calendars now because you won’t want to miss it, especially if you are Pokémon-siao.
