Santouka ‘Bak Kut Teh’ Ramen is coming soon
Ever wondered how your Japanese-style ramen will taste like with a fusion of our local Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶)? Very soon you can.
Exclusively at Santouka’s City Square Mall outlet from 4 March onwards.
The Hokkaido ramen chain, mostly known for their creamy broth and particularly pork cheek ramen however, didn’t reveal much on the new dish, except for its price – $15 nett a bowl.
Santouka’s famous Pork Cheek Ramen
Named the Ramen Samurai Fire Bak Kut Teh Ramen, you can expect a locally-inspired spicy mix of braised pork ribs, chilli peppers and coriander in the bowl. Just how does it taste like? You might have to drop by next month to find out.
You have to be really early though – the ramen shop will only be serving a very limited 15 bowls per day.

You can find Santouka outlet in basement 2 of City Square Mall, inside Don Don Donki’s foodcourt. They open from 10am to 10pm daily.
