Takashimaya has an Artbox-style Food Fiesta that features goodies from Japan, Korea, Taiwan & more

Takashimaya Food Fiesta 2019 has over 65 stalls from vendors around Asia

You foodies out there, heads up.

Here’s a food fair you probably shouldn’t miss. There’s a Food Fiesta 2019 going on in Takashimaya Square (the huge atrium area) in basement 2 and it’s filled with lots of street food goodies from countries in Asia.

Best of Asian Street Food

Look out for innovative fares such as mala skewers, jelly tarts, salted egg rosti, crispy cream puffs, ginseng chicken rice dumplings and more from over 65 different vendors. They come from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and more.

Bubble tea fans will be glad to know there are more than 3 bubble tea shops, including Taiwanese bubble tea brand Xing Fu Tang (幸福堂) pop-up store famous for their tiger-striped Brown Sugar Boba Milk with creme brulee milk foam.

Yummy.

Kazo Crispy Cream Puff – famous Taiwanese bakery that specialises in Japanese-inspired cream puffs. Choose from four flavours – durian, chocolate, Hokkaido cream, or matcha.
