Durian Dessert Festival 2019
Starting from 10 June to 31 July, all IKEA outlets in Malaysia will be serving desserts inspired by the king of fruits at their restaurants as part of their Durian Dessert Festival to welcome the durian season.
Here are some of the durian treats you will find there.
Durian Tarts at RM6.50 each, available at IKEA Bistro (the food bar where you get ice cream and curry puffs from)
Durian Cake at RM9.90 per slice.
Durian Puff at RM5.90 each.
Perhaps the most interesting one is the Musang King Frappe at RM9.90 a cup but sadly, it will only be available at IKEA Cafes in IKEA Mutiara Damansara (Petaling Jaya) and IKEA Cheras (KL).
IKEA Tebrau is the closest outlet located in Johor Bahru, a 15 to 20 minutes drive away after clearing the Malaysia checkpoint.
