S’pore government to give away 5.2 million masks at Community Centres and RCs from Feb 1

Each household gets 4 surgical masks

Collect your free masks at CCs and RCs from 1 Feb 2020

Starting from 1 February (Saturday), free face masks will be made available progressively at 89 community centres (CCs) and 654 residents’ committee (RC) centres.

A total of 5.2 million surgical masks are expected to be given away by 9 February as a one-time release from the Singapore government.

How to get?

The masks are free to collect for everyone living in Singapore and each household is allocated 4 of them in sealed in a bag.

The surgical masks to be given away should look similar to the one in the image below.

For those living in HDB flats, simply bring along your NRIC for verification purposes when collecting at community centres or RCs between 1 to 5 February (Sat – Wed).

Singaporeans can also check their RC noticeboards, digital display panels and social media platforms on when and where to collect the masks.
