NEA’s list of household cleaning products against Wuhan Virus

National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore has just released a list of Household Disinfectants and Cleaning Products that comes with active ingredients that will effectively kill the nCov or otherwise known as the Wuhan Virus.

List of cleaning products

The products can be commonly found in supermarkets and general stores here. Familiar brands that are found in the list include Dettol, Clorox, KAO, Mr Muscle and more.

Usage precautions

NEA has also advised avoiding contact with eyes and skin when using these cleaning products due to the harsh chemical contents in them. Additionally, when sodium hypochlorite is used on metal, wipe away residues after 10 minutes with a wet cloth as it is corrosive to metals.
