SIA announces fee waiver for flight cancellations and rebooking

National carrier Singapore Airlines has just announced they will be waiving all fees for cancellations and rebooking at a later date.

The new policy applies to all bookings for travel up to 31 May 2020.

Rebooking Fare Differences

Although customers can cancel their existing flight itineraries, retain the value of their tickets, travellers will need to keep in mind there could be a fare difference when booking a flight on a later date.

The new flight itinerary will also need to be completed by 31 March 2021 next year.

  • Via phone +65 6223 8888 (24 hours Contact Centre)

Do note that there’s a high volume of requests due to the current situation and it may take a longer than usual for them to respond.
