Mini Star Fermented Beancurd
Mini Star (星仔香港臭豆腐) is a popular eatery located in Geylang that is famous for its fermented beancurd (臭豆腐) dish a.k.a. smelly tofu and Hong Kong-inspired snacks and beverages.
Founded by Hong Kong owners, they have been around since 1997 and some of their signature dishes include Curry Fishballs, Fried Pig Intestines, Fried Homemade Chicken Balls, Claypot Herbal Chicken Soup and more.
Islandwide Delivery
Earlier this month, Mini Star started delivering orders islandwide but had to put a pause on the service due to high demand.
They have since resumed islandwide delivery with most of their menu items available including their famous Fermented Beancurd dish.
