Singapore’s popular puff maker Old Chang Kee is celebrating National Day this year with 4 new curry puffs.
They are very colourful too.
NDP 2020 Curry Puffs
The 4 new puffs are inspired by local dishes including Chilli Crab, Rendang Curry, Butter Chicken and Chicken Stew.
Here’s the schedule for the NDP celebratory puffs this August:
- Chilli Crab’O (Red/White): 2 – 9 August
- Rendang Chicken’O (Green): 10 – 16 August
- Butter Chicken’O (Yellow): 17 – 23 August
- Chicken Stew’O (Black): 24 – 30 August
The Chilli Crab’O comes with a red and white crust that reminds us of our national flag colours.
What’s inside them?
The puffs colours and names are pretty self-explanatory except for Butter Chicken’O which will have chicken, onion and potato with spicy butter sauce while the Chicken Stew’O with charcoal crust will have chicken, carrot, peas and potato fillings with buttery and creamy white sauce.
Available at $2 each at all Old Chang Kee outlets in Singapore and food delivery partners FoodPanda, GrabFood and Deliveroo.
