Apple’s latest store in S’pore opens this Thursday but only by appointment
The ongoing pandemic isn’t stopping Apple Singapore from opening its latest retail outlet.
Located next to the Marina Bay Sands, the new spherical Apple Store is surrounded by waters and is made to look like it is floating on Marina Bay.

The new Apple Marina Bay has since removed its under-construction facade, revealing a first-of-its-kind, all-glass dome structure.
Here’s a quick look inside.
Inside the store, customers will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the city and its spectacular skyline.
An escalator seen in the photo above likely leads to an underground showroom where customers can pick up their orders or browse through Apple devices and accessories. Apple has also pointed out there’s an underwater Boardroom, located on the lower level of the store.
The Forum which features a video wall will conduct Today at Apple sessions as well as a stage for Singapore’s artists, musicians, and creatives to perform.
The store opens at 10am on Thursday. However, visits on the opening day will be by appointment only. Walk-ins are not allowed.
Customers can visit apple.com/sg/marinabaysands to choose from available times, and each non-transferable reservation admits one person. Capacity will be limited, so guests may experience wait times before entering the store.
