A new snack is reportedly coming to KFC restaurants in Singapore this week, but only if you are a fan of durians.
Golden Durian Mochi
Aptly named Golden Durian Mochi, these fried chewy mochi balls are filled with premium molten D24 durian fillings.
For those not particularly familiar with durian varieties, D24 durians are known for their bittersweet taste and is a popular choice among durian buyers.
The durian mochi snack will be priced at $3.45 for five pieces, available at all KFC outlets from 7 April (Wed) onwards.
Available in KFC Malaysia
This isn’t the first time a durian mochi snack has been spotted. In August last year, KFC Malaysia introduced a similar treat called Durian Balls which looks roughly the same and had molten durian fillings as well.
Here’s how it looks like IRL.
Can’t wait to try it later this week.
