Crayon Shin-chan will have its own pop-up cafe @ Kumoya this May 2021
A new pop-up Crayon Shin-chan cafe is coming to Singapore in early May this year.
Crayon Shin-chan x Kumoya
Brought to you by multi-theme cafe Kumoya located in Bugis, the place will transform into a mini Crayon Shin-chan wonderland filled with decor and wallpapers featuring five-year-old Shinnosuke “Shin-chan”.
Shin-chan is known for his mischievous behaviour in the famous Japanese manga/animation series, as well as frequent flashing of his naked buttocks.
Here’s how the cafe’s entrance will look like.
Inside the cafe, walls and tables will be covered with Shin-chan himself as well as familiar characters from the Nohara family such as Shin-chan’s sister and Shiro the pup with different cheeky expressions and emotions.
Besides the adorable interior, Kumoya has also prepared a number of Shin-chan themed food, beverages and desserts.
Here are some of them.

You can also take a look at the menu first before heading down so you know what to order when you reached there since there’s a 90-minute dining time limit.
While the menu contains no pork, lard or alcohol, Kumoya says it is not halal-certified.
