There’s a new Japan-inspired cafe in Boon Lay to chill if you miss travelling to Japan.
Suzuki Coffee Factory Cafe
Located in the industrial area along Chin Bee Ave, the newly revamped cafe is part of Suzuki Gourmet Coffee Factory, one of the oldest coffee roastery and coffee supplier in Singapore.
You might be familiar with Suzuki-branded bags of ground coffee, which can be found in office pantries and supermarkets.
Part of Suzuki’s building has been repurposed into a cafe for coffee lovers, serving single-origin arabica coffee beverages to customers.
Some of their drinks include:
- Hokkaido Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White ($8)
- Suzuki Hokkaido Cafe Mocha (Hot $8 or Iced $9)
- Long Black ($7)
The 2-storey cafe at night looks like a scene you will only find in Japan.
On the inside, the interiors are decorating using wooden furniture and fixtures with hints of Scandi-MUJI vibes.
There’s even a Japanese-inspired bamboo water feature and bonsai at the entrance.
Besides enjoying your favourite espresso or latte in the cafe, you can also bring home freshly roasted coffee grinds.
Definitely worth checking out for coffee lovers or if you are in the area.
