Tochiotome Japanese Strawberry Fair
Popular Japanese patisserie chain Chateraise is now having a Japanese Strawberry Fair for a limited period from now till 15 April.
The fair will feature lots of new desserts and cakes made using Tochiotome strawberries from Tochigi prefecture in Japan – one of the most popular strawberry varieties in Japan during the Spring season known for their large sizes and deep red colour. They are also rich in flavour and well-balanced in sweetness and sourness.
