Weekday Lunch Buffet
Plate is putting a fresh spin on its weekday lunch buffet! With menus on rotation every week, the expansive buffet selection has been enhanced and is the perfect option for a corporate lunch meeting, gatherings amongst colleagues or lunch for two.
With more than 10 food stations available including a sumptuous selection of seafood-on-ice, dedicated Japanese cuisine, local favourites and timeless classics. Weekday Buffet Lunch is available Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
Sea & Grill Dinner Buffet
At Plate’s signature “Sea & Grill: Flavours from the Ocean and Land” buffet dinner, char-grilled meats and fresh seafood take centre stage as the indulgent menu features an extensive variety of international and local dishes.
Dive into the sweet bounty of the ocean with a selection of fresh seafood-on-ice, such as Fresh Oysters, Chilled Boston Lobsters, Half-Shelled Scallops, Tiger Prawns, Snow Crabs and more. Carnivores can take delight with succulent meats from the carving station, which features a whole Slow-baked Whole Salmon, Slow-Roast Prime Beef and Roast Pork. Continue the feast with our live barbecue station as the chefs dish out Assorted Satay Skewers, and wok-favourites like Chilli Crab and White Pepper Clams.
Sea & Grill Dinner Buffet is available at Plate every Friday and Saturday from 6.00 PM to 10.00 PM.
Café Mosaic (Carlton Hotel Singapore)
Seafood lovers get to feast on a gastronomic journey of the freshest seafood at the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet, available every Friday to Sunday. Be presented with an appetising array of seafood at the seafood-on-ice counter that tempts with freshly-shucked oysters, crab legs, black mussels and poached prawns. Look forward to a smörgåsbord of tantalising mains with local flavours.

- Valid for adult buffet pricing and from Monday to Friday lunch only, with min. 2 adult diners.
- 1-for-1 Seafood Dinner Buffet
