RSAF Open House makes a return this September school holidays

RSAF celebrates 55 years

The RSAF Open House is finally back after a 7-year break and will take place at Paya Lebar Air Base for one weekend on 9 & 10 September (Sat & Sun). This year also marks RSAF’s 55 years defending Singapore’s skies.

Admission to the open house is free for everyone, no ticket purchase or balloting is required whatsoever.

RSAF55 Open House Highlights

Visitors will be able to explore 3 themed exhibitions across different halls:

Future Air Base

Similar to previous RSAF open house events, there will also be static displays of the RSAF fleet which include fighter aircraft, Apache helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as ground-based air defence vehicles.

Besides marvelling at the displays and exhibitions, there will also be family-friendly carnival activities, food and entertainment including performances and food trucks during the open house period.

How to Get There

RSAF has put up a guide on how to get to the open house – there are four ways including free shuttle bus, public bus or via taxi or PHV.

Do note there will not be any parking space if you are driving down and will have to walk in via the nearby parking lots from buildings or utilise the above methods after parking.
