Whole shrimp, prawn sauce, fish cake—MOS Burger’s Har Burger hits all the right notes
To mark Singapore’s 60th birthday, MOS Burger is serving up a locally inspired treat that blends hawker flavour with Japanese fast food flair—the all-new Har Burger.
A Tribute to Prawn Mee, Burger-Style
The Har Burger is MOS Burger’s take on the classic prawn noodles, reimagined between buns. At the heart of this creation is a crispy prawn patty packed with whole shrimp, layered with slices of fish cake, a fried egg, crunchy lettuce, and a generous drizzle of savoury prawn sauce.
For an extra kick, diners can choose between a spicy or non-spicy version.
The Full Combo Experience
Beyond the burger, the Har Burger Combo features a rich, prawn-based soup that echoes the comforting warmth of a traditional bowl of hae mee. It’s served with iced tea, making it a hearty, well-rounded meal with all the flavours of a local classic.
