Star Wars fans have something more to look forward to this year end other than its much-anticipated 7th installment in the film series. Walt Disney has team up with Changi Airport to bring forth two of its iconic life-size X-wing Starfighters to Terminal 3 departure hall.
The public will get a chance to enter the cockpit of the X-Wing Fighter dressed as a Stormtrooper, Kylo Ren, Chewbacca or an X-Wing pilot, but only 80 tickets will be given away on a first-come-first-serve basis at certain timeslots on weekdays and weekends.
There will also be Star Wars-themed games and activities lined up in Terminal 2 and 3 from now till 5 January 2015, plus a chance to win exclusive Star Wars giveaways on the much loved BB-8 Sphero droid toy in an obstacle course challenge with a minimum spend of $30 in a single receipt.
Eight adorable limited edition plushies will be available for fans as well priced at $6 each purchasable with a minimum spend of $70 (or $140 at the supermarket). One new design will be released on 17 and 27 Nov and two new designs on 4, 11 and 18 Dec. Additionally, stand a chance to win one of 5 sets of the plushies from Changi Airport when you complete a simple survey here.
