Long John Silver’s is bringing a local twist to its menu in celebration of Singapore National Day 2025, featuring the much-anticipated Chilli Crab Mantou Burgers and more.

For fans of the city’s iconic chilli crab, this new offering manages to capture the punchy, spicy-sweet flavours in a convenient, handheld burger.

The Chilli Crab Mantou Burger: A Local Classic, Reimagined

At the heart of this special menu is the Chilli Crab Mantou Burger. Diners can pick between two proteins—spicy battered Alaska pollock or chicken—both generously coated in chilli crab sauce.

The burgers are layered with butterhead lettuce, fresh tomato slices, and cheese, all tucked inside a golden deep-fried mantou. It’s a clever, less-messy way to indulge in the flavors that define a classic chilli crab meal.
