Neato Robotics is a robotics company located in Newark, California knowned for their XV-series robotic vacuum cleaner. The XV-12 is able to effectively clean even oddly shaped rooms, gets unstuck automatically on uneven floors, detects stairs so it doesn’t fall off and intelligently navigates itself back to the charging station.
Giant is currently selling it for S$679 (U.P. $799), though still pricey we reckon it should be the lowest price available here in Singapore. It is also kind of depressing to learn that Amazon is selling the exact same model for only US$339.50 (~S$419.78). Unfortunately Amazon doesn’t ship this product to Singapore and we doubt there is any sort of international warranty so there isn’t much alternative, at the very least you could read the reviews on Amazon first before committing the purchase here.
