Cards are boring when you leave them in your bags or wallet all the time, and clearly a hassle when the technology doesn’t work as well. Today EZ-Link introduces EZ-Charms, a new form factor that should have been here so long ago.
Piggybacking on the popular Hello Kitty franchise, the latest EZ-Charms are available in four colourful Hello Kitty designs which will be available for purchase at all 7-eleven stores beginning end of May. Good news for Hello Kitty fans but not so good news if you haven’t got the habit of hanging charms on your phone or bag.
In conjunction with the launch, EZ-Link is also collaborating with PERX in which you can collect points for your current EZ-Link cards or charms, and according to EZ-Link you can link up to 10 of them in a single account.
The four new Hello Kitty EZ-Charms will also be available for purchase in a set from their online shop from 30 April onwards for $99.60, has no stored value and valid for 2 years usage only.
