Jenny Bakery is an incredibly popular cookie and biscuit bakery in Hong Kong. The phenomenal high demand had at one time given rise to a kind of butter cookie black market on the streets of Hong Kong.
After selling out their stocks daily on a supposedly one-time visit to Singapore at Junction 8’s mid-autumn fair earlier this year, they have decided to register their trademark here in Singapore to protect their brand which led to the opening of their first store here located at block 422 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, unit #01-2534.
According to Jenny Bakery, the cookies are air-flown direct from Hong Kong factory by DHL to preserve the authenticity and taste of the products. There are limited stocks available and each customer is only allowed to purchase a maximum of two to four cans.
