There’s a lot of cafe-hopping to be done these days, especially for fans of adorable Japanese characters.
Earlier this year we saw Rilakkuma cafe @ Dhoby Exchange, followed by Sanrio’s Pompompurin cafe opening at Orchard Central in April. Pokemon cafe opening at Bugis+ is slated later this month end and now Hello Kitty ‘Orchid Garden’ Cafe is taking over Changi Airport Terminal 3 opens at 11:30am tomorrow, May 12.
The new Hello Kitty-themed cafe which opens 24 hours daily will feature locally inspired dishes and pastries along with a merchandise retail section where fans can purchase plushies, tea blends and postcards.
There will also be 500 Hello Kitty plushies that are specially decorated with two bows designed exclusively for Singapore Hello Kitty Cafe available for fans to take home at $49.90 each.
