While all that sounds too good to be true, there is a $4 registration fee and standard charges for incoming calls (if you exceed the free 100 minutes talktime).
Circles.Life $28 plan is clearly aimed at the younger, savvy and data-hungry crowd seeking for more options than what the big 3 has to offer. All that’s left is a decent customer service and a faster sign-up and approval process to get new users on board.
