Sakura Blossoms at Gardens by the Bay

Can’t make it to Japan to catch the real Sakura blossoms in full bloom? You can now head to Gardens by the Bay to catch the “Blossom Bliss” (粉色之恋) floral display event which will feature Sakura blossoms!

The real Sakura trees have already arrived at the Flower Dome earlier this month and this year, there will be more blossom trees added around the conservatory as well as new varieties appearing for the first time.

Back again this year are two charming varieties – Prunus Accolade with its simple, pale pink flowers and the Prunus subhirtella Pendula trees with pretty hues of pink and white. Japanese-inspired decorations will also be placed among the floral display which include a torii gate, bridge, and traditional rickshaws.

Totally Instagram worthy.
