Toys “R” Us Singapore opens up warehouse for toy clearance sale
Despite all the bad news surrounding the Toys “R” Us brand elsewhere around the world, the licensed distributor in Singapore clearly doesn’t appear to be affected at all.
Starting this Thursday, 13 September, the company will be holding a massive toy clearance sale at their warehousing facility with discounts as much as 75% and claims they are making way for more.
Dubbed as the Geoffrey’s Toy Bazaar, the sale event is strangely long and will be held over a lengthy two month period till 30 November this year.
From the photos given, they literally turned their space into an IKEA-style warehouse shopping with racks of branded toys up for grabs.
Here’s a quick preview of what’s on sale.
Toys on sale include Ben 10, TMNT, My Little Pony, LEGO, Star Wars, Disney, Mr Potato Head, PJ Masks and much more including baby and toddler accessories.
Do note that they are closed from Monday to Wednesday and only operate from Thursday to Sunday.
Nearest MRT stations are at Outram and Tiong Bahru.
