Istana Open House falls on November 6 in celebration of Deepavali

Haven’t got anything planned for Deepavali? Make a trip down to Istana grounds and enjoy a day of activities with family and friends.

The Istana Open House this Tuesday (6 November) starts from 8.30am to 6pm and programmes lined up include music performances and guided tours.

Other highlights at the Istana this Tuesday include a display of reptiles by Wildlife Reserves and activity booths with face painting and balloon sculpting.

Besides touring the grounds, visitors can also make a donation to the President’s Challenge by purchasing memorabilia which include leather key chains, luggage tags, notebooks, bookmarks, and magnets.

Entrance is free for all Singaporeans and permanent residents. All other visitors are required to pay an entrance fee of $2 per person.

Entry is via the main gate along Orchard Road. Nearest MRT station is Dhoby Ghaut.
