Earlier today, Coffee Bean put up a new promotion that offers 50% off Ice Blended to national servicemen who flash their 11B card.
There was nothing wrong with the promotion except the soldier in the image isn’t a SAF national serviceman but in fact China’s People Liberation Army (PLA) Navy.
Oops…
Coffee Bean was quick to take down the image an issued an apology, but many weren’t so forgiving.
Some try to score more free drinks out of the situation.
While others advertise their biggest competitor.
