Supermarkets price war on Tiger Beer & Carlsberg this week means you pay as little as S$1.50 per 320ml can

So cheap

Cheap beer everywhere this week at FairPrice & Giant

With Chinese New Year around the corner, many families will be stocking up on alcoholic beverages for family and friends gatherings during the festive period.

Which means cartons of beer are flying off the shelves at supermarkets.

Just don’t waste it like that.

Tiger Beer vs Carlsberg

This week, major supermarket chain FairPrice and Giant are rolling out beer promotions with Carlsberg and Tiger Beer, driving prices down on cartons.

As cheap as around $1.50 per can of beer.

Giant supermarket is selling 24-can Tiger Beer at $38.50 till 15 January.

That’s around $1.60 per can.

FairPrice, on the other hand, has an even better deal – Carlsberg 24-can carton going at just $36.90. However, the offer is only available for a short period this weekend till 12 January this Sunday.

Which means you are only paying around $1.50 per can if you managed to get it.

Ridiculous.

Cold Storage too…

Besides FairPrice and Giant, you can also find the same deal on Tiger Beer at Cold Storage.

So you know what to do if Giant run out of stocks on them.

Now you know why husbands and boyfriends are volunteering to do grocery shopping this weekend.

One more thing: Beer might be cheap during the festive season, but please don’t drink and drive.
