Xiaomi went on to create a number of variants of the Smart Fan, but the latest generation with built-in battery now comes with new features such as adjustable height and charging base.
With the new charging base, owners can simply lift the fan off easily to move it to another location.
The new model offers two height adjustments – desk or floor.
It can be done with a simple click of a button on the stand.
Move it to the living room to cool down during a hot day, wirelessly.
Or circulate the air in the kitchen when cooking up a feast.
The new fan also has a 7+5 dual blade system that offers improved airflow.
Lost or misplaced your remote control? You can still control the fan from the buttons at the rear.
Even grandma can figure out how to install it in a few steps.
In China, the new Xiaomi Smart Fan is priced at just ¥499 (~S$99) which at this price tag offers incredible value for all the features.
The fan is relatively new in China but it should be making its way to online marketplaces in Singapore such as Qoo10, Lazada or Shopee soon.
