Tom Yum Xiao Long Bao now back at Din Tai Fung restaurants in S’pore
Love Thai food and particularly Tom Yum soup? You might fall in love with Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐) Tom Yum dumplings.
Steamed Tom Yum Xiao Long Bao
Introduced a while ago, Din Tai Fung has just announced earlier this week they are bringing back their Steamed Tom Yum Xiao Long Bao (冬炎小笼包) after popular demand from fans.
The return is shortlived though, it will only be back till 30 September.
According to Din Tai Fung, the Thai-inspired dumplings contains juicy pork and shrimp filling in a spicy Tom Yum broth simmered with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, Thai chillies and lime juice.
Sounds like squeezing a bowl of Tom Yum soup in a dumpling.
