Springleaf Prata Place launches new German Curry Sausage Prata, even has Sauerkraut on it

Springleaf’s latest prata creation has a medley of German-inspired ingredients

Springleaf Prata Place is known for their live prata stations and unique twists to Indian food including their variety of prata flavours and Murtaburger.

Here’s how their pratas look like on a typical day.

But today, they have just taken their prata to another level.

German Sausage Prata

Inspired by the German fast food dish Currywurst, Springleaf not only has added German sausage to their prata but also a whole lot of other ingredients including sauteed onions, curry sauce, mozzarella cheese and even topped with Sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) and more curry powder.

They are calling it Däs Prätwürst (wordplay of Bratwurst a.k.a. German Sausage).

Wow.
