Customers who have bought HEROISK or TALRIKA plates, bowls, and mugs from IKEA should take note there are safety risks as they might break due to hot content and cause burns.

HEROISK and TALRIKA can be returned to IKEA Alexandra, IKEA Tampines or IKEA Jurong for a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.

At the time of this writing, the affected products can still be found on online marketplaces with prices ranging from around $17 – $18 per piece.

As per the listing description, it says the dinnerware is impact resistant and easy to grasp and suits a child who falls asleep. It is also made from renewable Polylactic plastic and can withstand heat up to 100 degrees celsius.
