Uji Matcha from Kyoto

Available now at all Asanoya Boulangerie stores in Singapore, the newly-launched Matcha Series breads are made using quality ingredients and Uji matcha that is imported from Kyoto, Japan.

The new bread items include:

  • Matcha Azuki Croissant
  • Matcha Lava Cube
  • Matcha Donut
  • Matcha Azuki Anpan

Matcha Lava Cubes

Matcha snack and dessert fans should definitely try the Matcha Lava Cubes – a cube-shaped bread filled with matcha ganache topped with green tea and snow powder.

According to Asanoya Bakery, it is also made using Uji Matcha from Kyoto.
