HK-based Kee Wah Bakery opening soon at ION Orchard’s basement 4
Another famous HK bakery and pastry shop is coming to Singapore soon.
Kee Wah Bakery (奇華餅家)
Founded in 1938, Kee Wah rose from humble beginnings as a neighbourhood grocery store to over 100 stores in Hong Kong and China today.
The bakery is famous for pastry products including:
- Butter Eggrolls
- Winter Melon Pastries
- Almond Crisps
- Panda Cookies (also has Koala and Penguin)
- Mooncakes and more…
They have also recently teamed up with LINE Friends to launch themed mooncakes featuring popular characters Cony, Brown, Choco and Sally.
So cute.
Opening in ION Orchard
First spotted by Singapore Atrium Sale, Kee Wah Bakery is making its way to Singapore and will open the first outlet here at ION Orchard.
The store will be located in basement 4 of the mall.
However, there’s no exact opening date except for a “Coming soon” wording on the unit’s renovation hoarding.
Hope it’s really soon.
