Fish Head Curry Cup Noodles
If you didn’t know, Nissin Foods Singapore has recently launched a limited-edition Fish Head Curry Cup Noodles inspired by one of our local favourites. According to the company, it is now available at major supermarkets, Don Don Donki and online.
We spotted a stack of it in Don Don Donki and can’t resist trying it out.

Nissin says it features a rich and mildly spicy curry soup base with stewed fish umami and is further paired with hints of creamy coconut milk and lemongrass fragrance.
There was a burst of flavours upon opening up the spices and condiments packed in the cup noodles which is a clear sign it will likely taste fantastic.

The “lots of ingredients” label is definitely accurate as we could find a medley of dried toppings including garnishes and tofu puffs (tau pok).

While the soup definitely tastes pretty close to a typical fish head curry dish, it wasn’t as creamy as we had hoped. It also goes well with rice and sliced okra, although we believe it might appeal better to Assam fish head curry lovers.
A must-try for instant noodle fans and stock up on these for your late-night craving for fish head curry since it will only be available for a limited period only.
