Kopitiam Cards goes digital – here are the outlets you can get your refund

You probably have learned by now that the Kopitiam Card will soon be phased out and replaced by the FairPrice app when making payments at food stalls in Kopitiam foodcourt outlets.

Cash Refund Outlets

Kopitiam has just released new information on the locations to get a full refund on the remaining balance stored in existing Kopitiam Cards.

There will be refund stations set up at 15 outlets islandwide which cardholders can visit.

Here are the refund station operating hours which will remain available till June later this year:

*Operating hours for Refund Stations are subject to changes without prior notice.

For customers who still wish to use the physical Kopitiam card, they have till 30 June this year to fully use up the stored balance.

Convert to Linkpoints

Existing Kopitiam cardholders can also choose to convert their balance to Linkpoints by visiting outlets with the conversion kiosk.
