Long John Silver’s launches Mala Fish & Chicken Mains and Mala Fries to usher in the Lunar New Year

Mala spice lovers are in for a treat at Long John Silver’s this festive season

If you’re in the mood for some spicy and numbing flavours, Long John Silver’s is the place to be.

Lunar New Year Mala Dishes

For a limited time, the popular fast-casual seafood restaurant has introduced new Mala dishes, featuring bold and spicy flavours well loved by many in Singapore.

The new dishes available in either Pollock fish or Chicken options served with fries, feature a spicy batter infused with mala oil and spices. They are then topped with house-made mala mayonnaise, dried chilli flakes, and chopped spring onions.

Priced at $8.90 each set, these Mala dishes come with a refreshing serving of regular Fanta Grape drink.

Fries lovers can also indulge in the new Mala Fries ($3.90), featuring the same flavourful toppings of mala mayo, dried chilli flakes, spices, chopped spring onions, and spicy crumbles.

For those looking to share with friends and family, you can opt for the Celebration Set ($20.90) which includes a platter of seafood, chicken, and sides.

The set comes with:

• 2pc spicy battered Alaska pollock
• 2pc spicy battered chicken
• 6pc mala spicy battered eggplant
• 4pc mala chicken ribs
• 8pc hand-made onion rings
• 2 regular Fanta Grape

The new Mala dishes will be available from 11am onwards at all Long John Silver’s outlets.
