The signature Herbal Roast Duck at Dian Xiao Er is crafted with Angelica, also known as Dang Gui. This herb is recognized for its ability to enrich blood, enhance blood circulation, and regulate the immune system. Additionally, Angelica is known to alleviate digestive and respiratory symptoms, making the dish not only delicious but also potentially beneficial for health.
